Shipping Policy
Bags for Gifts will process your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If any problems arise while processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within one business day.
Our shipping and handling charges are based on method of choice, which are based on package weight, size and distance shipped. Bags for Gifts offers USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail and Global Express. Shipping Charges are actual charges based based on the method of shipping. Shipping FOB:Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping if the method chosen is not right for your order. Example: Selecting Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope and your order will not fit, we will then use the next size up.
International Orders
To calculate postage, on the checkout page, enter your complete address. If you Country does not use a Postal Code or Zip Code, enter four zero's. (0000) This will give you a choice of shipping methods used by the United states Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Not all methods displayed will apply your sale. If you are ordering Gift Bags, Gift Boxes or Plush Animals you will need to choose the large package options.
Sale Prices, Closeouts and Backorders
Sale prices and closeouts are limited to inventory on hand and do not extend to backorders. Customer must have written approval to receive a sale price for backorders. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders after notification that the item is not available or has been increased in price.
Returns
Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of the purchase and must be requsted within 7 days of receipt of your order. Shipping fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be made within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be received by Bags for Gifts in sellable condition unless the merchandise is found to be defective. Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
Seasonal Products such as Holiday Gift Boxes are not returnable, as they are special ordered products shipped directly to our customers from our vendor.
Products that are FDA approved such as Candy Foil Sheets or Cello/Plastic Bags, Cupcake Packaging are not returnable due to Health and Safety Reasons Tissue Paper due to over handling.
Special Orders
Products special ordered or for inventory that exceeds our normal levels are not covered by our normal Return Policy and are non returnable.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling 1-702-630-9835. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policy if your order has already left our facilities.
Payment Disputes
A disputed credit card charge without first contacting frank@bagsforgifts.com to work out the details, will result in a $25 payment reversal fee that is charged to Bags For Gifts and Candy Foil Warehouse.com as a result of the disputed charge through your bank. The $25 fee will be charged to the customer. Contacting us first to issue the credit will save you and us this fee. The charge to your Credit/Debit Card will appear as the following Merchant Name: Frank L Haberman or Bagsforgifts.com
